Joe Chin
20+ Years Experience 4x Founder, 3 Exits Joe is a seasoned entrepreneur and CEO with three successful exits across technology and digital product sectors. Before Sparrow, he founded SourcePad, a global product agency acquired in 2022, and Guidester (now Searchandise Commerce), the leading ad network for eCommerce brands. Joe’s career spans from founding startups to designing multi-million-dollar satellites at Hughes Aircraft. He holds a Master’s in Engineering from UC Berkeley and a Bachelor’s from Columbia University, and brings decades of experience in building, scaling, and leading innovative companies.

Todd Eaglin
10+ Years Experience PhD in AI / Computer Vision Todd leads Sparrow’s AI and data initiatives, developing intelligent systems that bring innovation and precision to the golf experience. He holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, where his research in visual analytics and machine learning was funded by the U.S. Army and Department of Homeland Security. With over 15 years of experience—including roles at Lowe’s and T1V—Todd has built complex, scalable AI applications used by major enterprises. He holds several patents and has authored multiple publications on real-time interactive analytics.

Sam Pigott
15+ Years Experience Former GM at $200m AI business Sam drives Sparrow’s strategic vision, leveraging 15 years of entrepreneurial and product leadership experience. Prior to Sparrow, he co-founded SourcePad (acquired in 2022) and served as Chief Product Officer at Microblink, where he led global teams across product, engineering, and data. With deep expertise in AI-driven product development and growth strategy, Sam combines technical insight with a passion for creating transformative user experiences—helping position Sparrow at the intersection of technology and the future of golf.
